Dog Licensing

Licensing your dog is the law in all local communities. Yavapai Humane Society is happy to provide licenses on behalf of Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Yavapai County at our Lost & Found Pet Center and during the Friday vaccination clinic at our Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic. Chino Valley licenses are only available at the Friday vaccination clinic at our Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic.

What Do I Need for a License?

Please bring proof of rabies vaccination to license at Yavapai Humane Society’s Lost & Found Pet Center. If your dog needs a rabies vaccination, we provide one- or three-year vaccines (depending on the age of the dog) for $16 at the Friday vaccination clinic at our Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic.
